Connectors
How BillRecon connects to the systems that provision licenses and the systems that bill for them, and how to set each one up.
BillRecon connects to two kinds of system and lines them up:
- Vendors are where licenses, seats, and devices are actually provisioned. This is the "what your client has" side.
- PSAs are where you bill for them. This is the "what you charge" side.
BillRecon reads both, matches them up per client and per product, and shows you every place they disagree.
What every connector has in common
- Read-only by default. Connecting a system lets BillRecon read. Nothing is ever written back to your vendor or PSA until you turn write-back on yourself, and even then only behind layered limits. See write-back.
- Least-privilege credentials. Each setup guide shows you how to grant the smallest access that works: read-only for reconciliation, with the extra permission for write-back called out separately so you only add it if you want it.
- Disconnect anytime. Removing a connection stops the reads and deletes its stored credentials.

Don't see your tool?
